  I had a great experience at Specsavers! Lakhvir and Zarina were incredibly helpful—they took the time to explain everything clearly and suggested the best options for frames and glasses that suited me perfectly. Their customer service was friendly, patient, and very professional. Dr. Maan also checked my eyes, and he was very kind and thorough. He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Overall, I’m very happy with the service and would highly recommend Specsavers to anyone looking for quality eye care and excellent customer service!

  I had such a wonderful experience at Specsavers in Mill Woods Town Centre! Zarina and Gurjot were absolutely amazing. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the perfect pair of glasses that suit me so well. Their guidance throughout the process was incredibly helpful—from selecting frames to explaining everything clearly. They also made the insurance process smooth and stress-free, and assisted me with my eye exam as well. Both of them were so kind, patient, and professional. You can really tell they care about their customers. I truly appreciate their support and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service!

  I visited the store for an eye check and to purchase sunglasses, and I was very impressed with the quality of service I received. Zareena was courteous, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. She assisted me with the initial assessment and was very knowledgeable in recommending glasses that suited me well. Her excellent customer service and expertise made the experience very pleasant. She is a real asset to Specsavers.

  They have the best customer service and every one of them is willing to help! If you are looking for eye glasses and contact lenses please come to this location. For first time contact lenses user like me I recommend you all look for Lakhvir. She is the best! She will really work with you until you get the right contact lense fit. For the countless times I went there for fitting she never gave up. She will help you understand the vision changes you are experiencing and will work with you to make the adjustments. It takes a lot of patience for new users but with her help you will eventually get the right fit. So to Lakhvir, Thank you for giving us the freedom of not wearing eye glasses but still get the perfect vision we need.

  I recently visited a Specsavers clinic in Millwoods Town Center for an eye check-up, and I had a wonderful experience thanks to one of the attendants, Jot. Jot was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and professional throughout our visit. She took the time to guide us carefully in selecting the perfect glasses and provided excellent suggestions when it came to choosing suitable frames. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine willingness to help made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. It was clear that she gives her absolute best to ensure customers are satisfied and well taken care of.
