  My family has nothing but a great experience very attentive and knowledgable about what's needed to be discussed and shared. Super price efficient! Family affordable. They're looking out for the best options for your pocket book !!! I had gotten discounts that were not available to everyone just due to a budget!! I highly suggest this eye place to everyone!! Thank you so much !!

  Went here without an appointment and just waited for nearly 5 minutes then Jen happily assisted me. She has helped me all throughout from having my eyes checked and getting my eyeglasses ordered. Every questions I asked she happily answered and also lets me take my time to choose the glasses that I want. I’m very happy and satisfied with the service! :) will be back after 2-3 weeks to get my glasses xx

  I had a great experience at Specsavers. The staff were professional and friendly throughout. Theo, who assisted me, was especially helpful—he listened carefully, explained the options clearly, and made sure I was satisfied with my choice. Overall, excellent service and a very positive experience.

  I had a very disappointing experience when I brought my 2-year-old in for an eye exam. I chose this clinic thinking it would be child-friendly and that they would have the proper resources to help examine young children, but unfortunately that was not the case. There were no child-friendly tools, activities, or resources to help make the exam easier for toddlers. I spent more than an hour there and we were unable to complete the eye exam because my toddler became scared and anxious in the new environment. Instead of helping calm the situation or using child-appropriate techniques, the optometrist seemed impatient and made comments that were very upsetting as a parent. My toddler was crying because she was overwhelmed and anxious, which is normal for a 2-year-old in an unfamiliar place. However, the optometrist had the audacity to say that my toddler was “addicted to the phone,” simply because she was crying. That comment was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. If the clinic is not equipped or experienced in examining toddlers, they should clearly communicate that before parents book an appointment for a 2-year-old. I booked this appointment believing they had the proper resources and approach for young children. The only positive part of the visit was the receptionist, who greeted and welcomed us and was very friendly. The two stars are only for the receptionist. Other than that, this place honestly deserves 0 stars. Parents with young children should think twice before bringing their kids here.
