I Haven’t dealt with their sale side of things but would highly recommend Dr. Randhawa and the team for anything eye related.

The glasses I received were completely unusable, and I can’t even read a book with them. Communication was also unclear, especially regarding pricing for one versus two pairs, which was never properly explained. When I raised my concerns, the representative came across as dismissive, saying they had “been doing this a long time,” rather than taking the time to help. I felt uncomfortable and unsupported, to the point where I chose not to return to have the issue corrected. A softer, more customer-focused approach would have made a big difference. In contrast, my experience at Specsavers Londonderry Mall was outstanding. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel confident that the issue would be resolved properly. I’m looking forward to picking up my glasses this Friday. The frames are lightweight and beautiful, and I’m hopeful they will finally be corrected. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend going to Londonderry for quality service and care.
