Overall the clinic was very welcoming and professional.
We found that both male and female doctors did not do a full panel test on my husband's sperm until we had already decided to do IVF. This is after having multiple ineffective tests and procedures over 8 years. We could have had an 8 year old at 30, instead of an 8 month old at 38.
Only with the full panel test did we know IVF with ICSI was our only real chance to conceive. Please let patients know this as part of their intake testing, and I'd advise anyone who is a patient to advocate for this.

Overall I had a good experience with PCRM. I feel very fortunate that they helped me have my 2 children.
I took off a star because I feel like the price increases from when I first contacted the clinic until now have been a bit extreme. I also had an issue with medication mistakes, that I thankfully had noticed. Nursing was very quick to get me what I needed though.
Otherwise, the staff were always very friendly. I never had to wait for too long. Appointments were quick but I always felt like my questions were being answered and they were happy to accommodate my requests. The nurses were very compassionate when it came to bad news. They were also always quick to get back to my messages.

From the first call, PCRM was so incredibly caring and accommodating. Our journey was 3 years long before going to PCRM and I’m so happy they were able to help us. Everyone was warm, welcoming and caring. In September 2025 we welcomed our baby boy into the world conceived through IVF at PCRM Edmonton and we are so blessed and grateful for everything. PCRM found issues missed by our family doctor, missed by our OBGYN and found genetic condition my husband had that we had no idea he had. This work is so important to bring hope to people. It’s not a guarantee but I am forever grateful for the chance to try and even more grateful for this beautiful little life filling our hearts.

If I could give PCRM zero stars I would. I was assigned Dr. Ahn and her care team and have been incredibly neglected on my fertility journey. Since telling them I have no interest in IUI or IVF, they stopped caring. I was sent for the HSG test and an MRI for my pituitary back in June/July and had to wait until October to get in for an MRI. That parts not on PCRM but they did nothing in the waiting, didn’t check on me, didn’t provide any other guidance to help my fertility journey while we wait for more testing. I just contacted them to follow up on my MRI results (yes I had to contact them). They let me know the next appointment to talk to anyone about my prolactinoma is Dec 16. Another TWO months of waiting, two months of being unmedicated, and untreated. This system is broken, PCRM should be shut down. I will now be forced to pay out of pocket to somewhere private to get timely care. Beyond disappointed.
