Maria helped me by adjusting my frames. She did an excellent job, they fit perfectly now. She is so courteous and professional. She helps everyone. Took me to the eye exam area and introduced all of us very courteously to the current discount promotion of 40% for adults and 50% for children. Exceptional service.

I had a great experience at LensCrafters yesterday. The staff were extremely helpful from start to finish, taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and friendly attitude really stood out. I’m very satisfied with the service I received and would definitely recommend this location to others.

My nose pad on my glasses broke. I walked into the LensCrafters in Southgate Mall. They not only replaced the broken one but also replaced the other as well. It was done quickly and I was very happy with the service.

My toddler squished my son’s glasses over the weekend and my optometrist was closed so I went to LensCrafters to see if they could help me. Maria was SOOOO kind and professional, and fixed the glasses in just a few minutes! I’m so grateful for you, Maria! You helped this mom have a stress free day! 100% recommend this location!

We had a great visit with the optometrist. As soon as we finished and walked through the door way Divya smiled, greeted us, and told us to sit down. She asked if we had insurance and as soon as we said income support her smile vanished. She just brought us a small amount of options… I was only initially given 3 frames to choose from. My husband was given 5 or 6…. She was rude, going forward and pretty much didn’t say anything to us. Then in the middle of what I think was serving us she got up and began speaking to another customer. I will not be returning here and I will make sure to let income support know the customer service that is provided here. I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
