She asked if we had insurance and as soon as we said income support her smile vanished. She just brought us a small amount of options… I was only initially given 3 frames to choose from. My husband was given 5 or 6…. She was rude, going forward and pretty much didn’t say anything to us. Then in the middle of what I think was serving us she got up and began speaking to another customer. I will not be returning here and I will make sure to let income support know the customer service that is provided here. I felt uncomfortable and embarrassed.
