I have been going to this branch of Lenscrafters for years now, each time i made sure i see Cherrie for my needs. Cherrie is an exemplary optician there; she is welcoming, friendly and patient. Most importantly, she is honest with her opinions when assisting me with my choices AND makes sure i always get the best value for my money, helping me with my insurance and discounts. As a senior with fixed income, this assistance is valuable to me. I am very appreciative of the friendly staff and atmosphere of this particular branch. Thank you as always Cherrie for your invaluable assistance.

Very kind, caring and professional treatment I received, was super happy with everything that was offered from the eye exam into making sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. The contact fitting to purchasing the updated version of contacts I really needed and then LensCrafters support staff that helped with picking out the perfect frames that are well suited for me, and discussed all the details perfectly well. Great experience for sure.

I had such a great experience at LensCrafters thanks to Heather. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish. She was never pushy, just genuinely focused on helping me find the right pair of glasses. I really appreciated how honest and transparent she was throughout the process, especially when it came to pricing and options. Buying glasses can sometimes feel overwhelming or expensive, but Heather made the whole experience enjoyable and stress free. Her friendly approach and professionalism made a big difference. I’m really happy with my purchase and grateful for her help

Shopping experience was good. Need counters to put frame selections on. When I received my glasses, I noticed that the left side lens was not cut right. It looked very odd. I returned the glasses, the staff member touched the lens and it popped out. I have worn glasses for over 40 years with never an issue, and never a return. LensCrafters does have a great return/replace policy. Thanks for making this right by returning my payment.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
