  We had a great experience at this store! We purchased two pairs of glasses and were very satisfied with both the quality and the service. The staff gave us helpful advice and made the whole process easy and pleasant. We especially appreciate that they repaired my son’s glasses for free after he broke them at school — that meant a lot to us. A big thank you to Anmol, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She made our visit even better! Highly recommend this place!

  Had a wonderful experience today with Svitlana. She's quite funny and made my visit very fun and enjoyable! I really like this place, last year I got my eye exam down by the man there I think his name was Andrew? And he was also a joy to be around. Will definitely keep coming back.

  not even 1 star. Rahel was very nice to me and helped me choose the right glasses for my face feature. She told me it will take about 1-2 wks and will contact me. Called them after 15 days and the lady told me that it’s already ship and will arrive in 1-2 days. After 18 days, I’ve called them again and anmol said that it was delivered in texas and will be delivered in WEM store “some time”. How come? I will not ever buy here again. I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone.

  We had a great experience! Dr. Frankie is a very kind and professional eye doctor. Anmol assisted us with everything—from choosing frames to payment—and was very helpful and friendly. The manager is also very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend!”

  Absolutely unacceptable experience last week. The manager Svitlana led with her “7 years of customer service experience,” which is irrelevant when she clearly lacks the technical knowledge of a licensed optician. I’m not there for small talk—I’m there to make sure my vision is handled properly. That means accurate measurements and informed guidance, neither of which I received. When it came time for measurements, I was handed off to another optician Anmol who appeared completely disengaged and uninterested. Minimal effort, no attention to detail—it honestly felt careless. The entire interaction felt like a sales trap. The manager was aggressively pushing me to buy multiple pairs, making it obvious the priority is hitting sales targets or bonuses rather than actually helping customers. Given how expensive things are right now in Canada, that kind of pressure is not only inappropriate, it’s insulting. What’s most concerning is the lack of basic knowledge. Staff struggled to clearly explain lens options, which is the bare minimum expectation at an optical. That alone is a huge red flag. What makes this even more disappointing is that this wasn’t always the case. The previous opticians were attentive, knowledgeable, and actually cared about getting things right—and because of that, I was comfortable purchasing more than one pair. That level of trust and service is completely gone. At this point, I wouldn’t trust my money with this new “For Eyes” version of the company. It feels like a downgrade in every way—more focused on sales than professionalism or patient care. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
