My insurance had an issue and was merely informing her that I'm note sure why it didn't work but she felt it was necessary to respond "well we are not the insurance company so we dont know anything about that". Very rude. Nothing may happen with this review but hopefully other people can read this and be cautious of this staffs rudeness. If you expect better treatment dont take your business here.
