  I want to give a special thanks to the pharmacist who working tonight , on August 6. He went above and beyond to try and help me, despite my Doctor's office failing to send over the fax for my refill the past 3 days. Very kind pharmacist and pharmacy,

  I’m very disappointed with the treatment we received from Mathew, the manager at this Save-On-Foods location. As paying customers, we expected basic respect—but instead, we were met with blatant discrimination and a complete lack of professionalism. Mathew was dismissive, disrespectful, and ultimately refused us service without valid reason. No one should be treated the way we were simply for being different or asking for fair service. It was embarrassing and unacceptable. This kind of behavior from a store manager is shocking and should not be tolerated. I hope upper management takes this seriously because no customer deserves to be disrespected and turned away like that.

  The prescribing pharmacist, Manjou, was super knowledgeable and helpful. She gave me more information regarding travel medication in 10 minutes than the travel consultation I had elsewhere in an hour. Thank you Manjou!
