When I brought this up, the situation was not handled professionally, and I did not receive the level of customer service I expected. For a company that promotes quality and authenticity, this experience was unacceptable. I strongly recommend that customers carefully inspect Ray-Ban sunglasses (and any other glasses) before completing their purchase.
