Everyone was incredibly helpful and understanding, making this the best experience I’ve had here. I always struggle to explain myself, but I had no trouble here.

Thank you for selling me some great sunglasses a few years ago and thank you extra for reshaping and correcting them just now. 😎

My experience with LensCrafters was extremely disappointing. I was sold a pair of glasses that were already damaged at the time of purchase. The defects were clearly not caused by me, yet instead of taking responsibility and replacing the product, the staff refused to properly resolve the issue. Rather than providing customer service, they made excuses and avoided accountability. This is unacceptable for a company that positions itself as professional and high-quality. Be very careful if you decide to buy from this store. Inspect everything closely before paying, because once they have your money, getting fair treatment may be very difficult. ⸻ If you want, I can also write an even stronger version that sounds more aggressive but still avoids legal issues.

My boyfriend & I have been seeing Eyeleen for our glasses for about a year and a half now and would highly recommend her services to everyone! Super kind and welcoming (super big plus when the staff remember you as well, creates such a welcoming atmosphere). Herself and the rest of the team definitely came together to help me out and find the best frames for me, gave me all the options and were super patient with me. Especially when I was feeling super overwhelmed on which frames to choose. Some of the best customer experience we’ve ever had. We will 100% be back.

I have such wonderful experiences here every time I come. I refuse to go anywhere else to have my glasses adjusted. As always, Sean was incredible today. The store was very busy this Saturday, but it was definitely worth the wait. Sean was patient with me and adjusted both pairs of my glasses several times to make sure I was 100% happy with the fit. The adjustments have also been free every time I’ve come back. I highly recommend this store for anything glasses related. If there’s a wait, it’s worth it.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
