Divya was very knowledgeable and professional when she offered to make adjustments to my existing prescription sunglasses (that I had purchased elsewhere) so that they would fit better. They’re 100% improved and her expertise was very much appreciated!

We bought my son’s glasses at the West Edmonton Mall location a few months ago, but popped into the Southgate store today for a readjustment of the arms of his frames. Thanks again to the staff member (M) that kindly helped us out at no cost.

I've been using LensCrafters for my prescription glasses for a long time, and every time I visit the store, I always receive excellent service. Today, I was at the Southgate Edmonton LensCrafters, and Karla helped me get a new pair of prescription sunglasses and update the lenses in my older frame. She went above and beyond to find the frame that suits me best. She's always honest about how I look wearing new glasses, making it easy to choose the right ones. I can say the same about Dalia, who works at the same store. She has a lot of experience and explains all the details about the frames, lenses, and coverage.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
