I’ve been very indecisive with glasses lately, and have been to LensCrafters about 3 times the last few months because I’m looking for something very different. Anyways, security was parked outside the doors... Will not be purchasing from this location anymore. I came here for the perfect lighting, it’s a great location for that but the employees seem discriminative & judgemental

Had my frames break overnight. Came in and the staff were incredibly helpful. They had my frames in house and were able to transfer my lens' immediately so I had glasses again! So easy to deal with and everyone there was so easy to talk to. Store is always clean and staff are always professional. Highly recommend them. I have been going for years and they have never disappointed me.

I had a stroke in October that affected my vision. The doctors were great and referred me to a specialist as requested by my neurologist. Then I went back for exam for prism glasses and they didn't charge for my second appointment. They were very thorough with my exam and my situation. Awesome staff! Then while getting new frames the staff were great and made sure I had what I needed to improve my vision. I would recommend Lens Crafters for all your family eye care needs.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
