Two weeks passed — no call, no message, nothing. I had to go there myself to find out what was going on. After days of going back and forth, they finally told me the order was canceled. Then they said, “Don’t worry, we’ll remake it in another two weeks.” I said I didn’t want it anymore because I’d lost all trust in them, but the woman told me I couldn’t cancel since it was “already in process.” She promised the glasses would be ready by October 25. Guess what? That date came and went — and then on October 20, she called me saying they couldn’t make the glasses at all. So after weeks of waiting, zero communication, and false promises, I ended up with nothing. This store completely wasted my time and energy. I’ll never order from Clearly again, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
