I've been coming to club Pilates for the last 3 months as I signed up during the December promotion. I go twice a week and I love how my body has been transformed already where I feel stronger in my core, and have lost fat in places I've never lost it before with conventional working out. Carla and Michele are my usual instructors based on when I go, and they are amazing. Carla is very experienced in fitness and training, and Michele is calm in her teaching style. As someone who can't get outside of their own head, this is actually the one exercise I've been able to do where I can completely disengage from life and take part in 50 minutes of activity with minimal wandering of my mind. I see that there are several one Stars here and that really bothers me as someone who strives to get five star reviews because I know that any of the classes I've gone to with several other teachers as well have been great experiences and I just think some people either aren't wanting to be fully participating, or maybe they went to the wrong class like they are more level two and went to a level one class, which is not the instructors being an issue. I would strongly suggest trying out club Pilates and you will see how much stronger you can be. But it is the results of the work you put in at the end of the day, and I can say it changed my life where I'm debating increasing my membership to be unlimited so I can go three or four times a week just to get out of my own head a little bit more.

I can’t say enough good things about Club Pilates Windermere and all the great instructors.
From the moment you walk into the studio, you feel welcomed and supported. The space is always spotless, bright, and calming - such a great environment to focus on your workout and leave the outside world behind.
All the instructors are exceptional and bring positive energy to every class.
My most recent class was with Lacintha, who struck the perfect balance between motivating us to push ourselves and encouraging us to listen to our bodies.
If you’re considering Pilates or looking for a studio that combines professionalism, warmth, and high-quality instruction, Club Pilates Windermere is for you.

The classes are always full way in advance so its hard to use up your sessions if your schedule changes. The instructors are not very friendly or approachable at the south (windermere) location. In all the classes I've taken the instructors are very strict about the springs. They dont let you change them for your fitness level. They also push you to follow things very strictly which doesn't allow for modification for injuries. As someone who's been through physio, personal training, chiropractic and other routes due to injuries, I've found it very frustrating that the classes are one size fits all. I will say: The receptionist is nice and very accommodating. Unfortunately I will be cancelling my membership so I can find a place that has less of a universal policy and is more willing to accommodate different challenges.

I’ve truly enjoyed adding Pilates to my workout routine, and my experience at Club Pilates in Windermere has been exceptional. Carla is an outstanding instructor who creates a supportive, motivating environment for every class. She has a remarkable ability to give individualized attention while still challenging the entire group to push beyond their comfort zones.
Carla’s clear instruction, encouraging approach, and genuine investment in her clients’ progress make each session both effective and enjoyable. I consistently leave class feeling stronger, more confident, and inspired to continue improving. I highly recommend taking a class with Carla to anyone looking to elevate their Pilates practice in a welcoming and professional setting.

Update: checked my missed calls none but I did get an email as stated AND ** as of this am they did cancel my me membership. CP Windamere also stated they gave me an option to do the 100 termination fee that is apparently offered if you’re in the first 3 months - that did not happen but just so everyone knows and it’s clear that is an option.
Update: no call on the weekend - but an email today at 3pm.
Edit: in response to the below from Kendall.
They only helped me when I had to pay to make sure my account was up to date over 300 in order to get me to a spot where I could freeze my account.
Also, I’m not sure when Kendall thinks they called me, but no one called me over the weekend.
What the other two owners told me so that we all are aware:
1.” They can refund at any time for any reason it’s real platform called club ready”
2. “They can cancel your membership at any time, corporate gives these insane rules, but as a franchise owner, you can do what you want”
3.” if they let it get to club ready collections unfortunately the club camp pull it back, but they can prevent it from getting there”
4.” The owner and manager can just delete the late fees. They are in their system. They can do this. They do not have to follow the corporate playbook.”
Again buyer beware .
I will continue to keep you all updated with my upcoming cancellation chances are they’ll make me pay another month because of the “rules” At the end of the day, as long as I only have to pay one more month because at this point, what’s the difference and thank God I’m working we will be OK!

Don’t do it! They get you into a contract which fine you know what you’re signing up for in advance. The problem is I lost my job in the middle of everything could not uphold my contract, but that did not matter to them. They continued to harass me, could care less about my situation and kept adding fees. I ended up coming up with the money which by the time I got to it was over $600 for an only parent that just lost her job I paid that but they would not cancel my contract because I needed 30 days notice and After I caught up, it happened to be mid month into the next month. They held me to that that was another almost $300. I scrape that up thankfully get that to them. Then, they would only put my account on freeze because I had one more month to be able to fulfil the minimum of three months contract that they had in place I have now put the account on freeze now, the freeze comes off on March 14, but they will not let me send in a cancellation notice because technically my account is still on freeze, but if I want my membership to cancel they need 30 days well my freezes up on the 14th, but they won’t take a cancellation until that day because technically my account is still “frozen”. Club Pilates especially if you go on social media the company as a whole is a scam. I have called two owners of Club Pilates. They tell me that the owners can in fact do what they want. They do not have to subscribe to the corporate Kool-Aid of charging people and holding them to these ridiculous contracts - life happens and i understand no one can build a business like this without making sure they are committed but my gosh - to have lost your job 2 months before Christmas unexpectedly and have them not care and me having to come up with almost 1000 dollars before I could freeze my account now we wait to see if they will take my cancellation on March 15 because that’s the first day my account becomes unfrozen which means they will get another $279 for me before I can cancel my account. If I can, I will post another Club Pilates owner’s comments here which 100% disputes that these owners can in fact not follow this crazy corporate structure and make exceptions for people if they wanted to. I will keep you all posted as to what happens March 14. Because so far interactions with them have not gone well I 100% am warning others, buyer beware!
