  I want to thank Amramp for their excellent service and product. The wheelchair ramp that they installed for us worked very well. We really liked how they designed it to fit in our backyard and to wrap around the tree. We also valued that they followed the safety guidelines for the incline. The ramp was very useable in winter as it seemed to shed the snow immediately and did not become icy. Norm and Barbara were very personable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this company.

  Amazing customer service, dedication to detail and professional installation. The entire process was quick, got exactly what I asked for and what a difference it has made in the lives of the people who can access the area with ease and security. If I ever need another ramp I know exactly who to call. Price point for entire job was well within my budget, accommodating and great to work with! Thank you Amramp for your service.

  It is amazing how fast this ramp was setup. They did such a wonderful job. These guys made it easy for me to get in and out of my house with my wheelchair. Most importantly, I feel safe using this ramp. Excellent and strong quality. Thank you am-ramp for your service and excellent quality in building a safe and secure ramp for me!

  I have been working with Lorne and his team at Amramp for many years. They are super professional with great service and communication.   Lorne at Amramp Alberta installed the wheelchair ramp for my business. He was AMAZING!!! I cannot say enough great things about his service, knowledge, level of professionalism and kindness. He knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to come within a couple of days of my first contact phone call to him. He assessed my place and prepared a detailed cost estimate within a couple of days and was able to start my wheelchair ramp project a few days after that. Lorne was very communicative with me and was accessible via text and phone. If he couldn't answer my phone call or text right away he got back to me within a couple of hours or less. He knew what permits were required from the city and obtained them on my behalf. He also showed me lovely pictures of past projects he had completed where he was able to preserve some of the foliage and flowers around the wheel chair ramp, which is what he did for me as well. He completed the installation of my wheel chair ramp in a very timely manner and always did what he said he was going to do. If he said he was going to show up at a certain time, he showed up at that time. If he was going to be a few minutes early or late he called to let me know. His cost estimate was very precise and my wheelchair ramp ended up being the price he quoted it to be. I love my wheelchair ramp. It is sturdy and as attractive as a wheel chair ramp can be. He gave me written instructions on how to take care of my wheel chair ramp and since installing my ramp he has still been just as accessible by phone and text when questions have arisen regarding my ramp.
