Unfortunately the seller was not interested in solving the issue and I have had those only a year. But with a reach out from miracle ear and was advised to come in and see what they could help me with . I am so glad that I agreed to take the Amplifon clinic up on there offer, after all what was there to lose, and wow, outstanding service they met my needs, they were willing to assist in the financial part of payment structure , if need be. But this was not the case, I qualified for these new aides as i had been out of pocket on previous ones. The knowledge and friendliness was so worth it. - DPDennie PhillipsMar 19, 20195.0I was very late for the appt. Was welcomed whwn arrived asked it i needed something to drink, and treated with respect the whole appt. I was told that im not 100% hearing but not enough to need hear aid. So in my opinion the respect and bot trying to upsale me give this a very repeatable company. Woeth having your ears checked and well i seen add on internet and thinking goung unti appointment that i have some problems hearing women and like i had a hearing test 15 years ago and my girlfriend at the time said i needed a hearing aid, well the test back then told me my ears are fine but that because i dont hear the girl that i had selective hearing lol. But found out that i had a dip in higher notes and explained that men talk in lower octives and women have higher which now made sense. Now i no that i dont ignore women just im sensitive to higher notes. Muchly appreciated the explanation.
