- JKJamal KemaldeanJan 27, 20201.0Very unprofessional and unorganized, called me twice before my appointment to make sure I was going to be there but then on the morning of my appointment they called me 5 MINUTES before the appointment to tell me that the person who was supposed to do my test is not at work because of being sick, you would think that they would have known long before five minutes before the appointment. Never again. I strongly do not recommend this company I could just imagine what the rest of my experience would’ve been like.
