  This was an absolutely infuriating experience. I arrived on time, following all the instructions, and when I walked in, the receptionist was clearly absent from the desk. I sat patiently for 10 minutes, as per the sign saying to sit down and wait for someone to attend to me. When she finally returned, she went straight to the physician and then accused me of being late. When I questioned them, they gave some excuse that she had to make an emergency call—and not a single person stepped in to cover. Even trying to book the appointment was a total hassle. I sent an email and called the office five times, and the only reason I tried to use this company is because it was recommended for my certificate medical—one for my pilot license. After the fifth call and two emails, that’s when someone finally responded to me. Even before the appointment, I had to call two hours earlier just to confirm the address, because they never sent me any confirmation or details. When I finally arrived, they refused to apologize and basically canceled my appointment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Zero stars if I could.

  Very happy with the team at Bonnie Doon(Krista and Anu) They gilded me through the whole process to get me the right hearing aids, including WCB paperwork to fitting and fine tuning of hearing aids. Very knowledgeable, highly recommend Amplifon Clinic at Bonnie Doon!

  Amazing teamwork getting my hearing aids fixed on such a short notice !! Thank you to all three offices that came together to make sure my hearing aids are fixed before my trip to the states! Much appreciate all the hard work between all the offices ! You guys saved me!
