I had to bring my son with me, and the staff were absolutely exceptional. Marwa was especially wonderful—she let my son help her with parts of her job and made him feel so included. It made the whole appointment so much easier and genuinely enjoyable. Thank you to the team for such great service!

Omg that’s not acceptable Usually the doctor would go with the results with me and show me the results but this guy wow ! Nothing just out in 2 minutes and he did not even tell me to come back n book I had to ask the staff in the front about it even they were shocked so pleas the owner or someone should talk to him anyways I will never go there again I have been going there for the last 2 years for my eyes but now after what happened today never go there again all the other doctors were awesome but this guy thinks he knows everything ohh well you lost a customer and more

I also suffer from migraines and my glasses don’t just have to fit properly, they have to be light and durable. I went to several stores in West Ed looking for a good deal to get 2 pairs of glasses that fit my budget. Needing good reading glasses for study sessions and a pair of back up progressive lenses that fit comfortably while I groom and train dogs. Accidents do happen when working with dogs, so it’s essential my glasses stay in place, or they easily become a puppies new chew toy. Cannon at Specsavers was so helpful and no one in WEM could beat the price they offered me. I wasn’t expecting to wear my glasses I got from Specsavers everyday, assuming the price meant a lower quality of my original pair of very expensive glasses. However I now keep that other pair in a drawer because my Specsavers glasses are just more comfortable. Highly recommend Cannon, Specsavers Staff and Selection at West Edmonton Mall.

I have lost faith in their system. They are more interested in their own process than getting it right. Starting over elsewhere after $265 spent. Getting a refund is not worth the hassle. Never.
