He asked lots of questions, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and really took the time to explain everything. I ended up getting two pairs of glasses, and the staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish. They made it so easy to find the right frames and get fitted for contacts. Everyone here truly goes above and beyond. All around, such a great place for any of your eye-care needs. I couldn’t recommend this clinic enough!

Carolina is a true professional, very attentive and a delight to work with. Dr Skwarok did a thorough exam and answered my many questions with ease and kindness! Chloe was so patient & encouraging with contact lens teaching and helped me work through my apprehension and struggles with removal. They gave me space to shop around and decide on frames, not pushy at all and everything was reasonably priced! 10/10 recommend

How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
