However I’ve had glasses on order for nearly 2 months. No text, email or phone call for an update. I’ve left 3 voicemails because no one seems to pick up the phone and when they do “let me put you on a brief hold, thanks” as long as 20 minutes later still no one has picked up. Always prompted to leave a voicemail but they never seem to get back to you. Definitely disappointed. Skip this Specsavers and go to another one

I got new glasses during their “buy one, get one free” sale in August 2024. After waiting quite a while with no update, I called, only to find out the order had never been submitted on their end (October 2024). The pair I chose had sold out by then, and to this day I still haven’t received my second free pair. I also ordered a 6 month supply of contact lenses. One eye’s prescription went on backorder, and I ended up waiting 2-3 months. I was scheduled to be away for a month, and they told me the order would arrive while I was gone. They did give me a month of trial lenses, which I appreciated, but three months is a very long time to wait. Most recently, I had an appointment booked for today. After filling out insurance forms and starting the exam, I was told I wasn’t approved. I wish this had been checked beforehand so I didn’t have to leave work for an appointment. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. They are kind people, but I need a place with stronger attention to detail so these kinds of issues don’t keep happening.

The rest of the staff were also wonderful. Dilara helped us choose glasses, and she was outstanding and took the time to show us all the best options. Highly recommend this clinic 100%!
