The doctor was very gentle and explained everything clearly and also have tips on how to care for my eyes better. Meleana is an absolute Gem, by far the sweetest Rep! Very personable and helpful. Was very knowledgeable, friendly and fun. Push was very friendly and nice as well and ofcourse we cant forget Fred help too 😉

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Highly don’t recommend going here. They just want to take your money and up charge you on the “fix”. Manager wasn’t even willing to work with us on a solution, other than “we can upgrade you to new lenses and your cost” Save yourself the time and hassle and go somewhere else where your money is valued and you’re treated like a valuable customer rather than just a number.
