My brother recommended SpecSavers to me because their wait time for an appointment was short and the staff were friendly. My husband and i booked the appointment on Saturday evening and got in first thing that Monday morning. The staff were so friendly and cheerful, and really made an appointment we had been putting off (for YEARS) very pleasant. We had Steven helping us out for over an hour, and folks, I CANNOT tell you what an incredible help he was. He was professional and friendly and didn’t mind that my husband and I are Not Professionals™️. He had a great eye for the styles we were looking for, and he was refreshingly upfront and honest about his opinions, which i DEEPLY appreciated. It was amazing to have a clinic be so openly LGBTQ+ friendly and totally comfortable for us. If i could give this place 6 stars, I would. 10/10, made me want to have more serious eye problems so i have an excuse to come back more often.

This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
