- SPScott PankhurstJun 25, 20251.0Wish I could put zero. This place and pharmacy is the worst. Marian has to be the most unlikable person not only in Cochrane perhaps Canada. I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this pharmacy, particularly with Pharmacist Marian. The experience was marred by poor communication, a lack of professionalism, and a general sense of disorganization. ### Key Issues - *Poor Communication*: Pharmacist Marian seemed dismissive, combative, failing to address my concerns adequately. - *Lack of Professionalism*: The pharmacy's overall atmosphere felt unsatisfactory, with long wait times and disorganized processes. Upon approach Marian hid in back room clearly on a cell phone and personal call. - *Unhelpful*: Proceeded to argue, becoming dissmissive, while a young teen age boy was crying in agony. Given these issues, I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Much better pharmacies in area and will not return here for anything. Hopefully, they will take customer feedback seriously and make necessary improvements.
