- NDNancy Dobie5 days ago5.0I’m terrible with remembering names. My experience was absolutely wonderful. I have zero complaints and nothing but praise for my visit. She was so kind and knowledgable and personable. Made it very easy to understand. The testing was not uncomfortable in any way! I felt like I was talking to a friend a family member. It was so easy! Giving something like that and acknowledging the fact that one’s losing their hearing can be very stressful but once did I feel that she was very kind, caring and compassionate! I have recommended and we continue to recommend your company for people having any hearing needs! I’m so thankful that now of my wonderful amazing hearing aid I can hear so much Clear and I’m not yelling allthe time! Thank you again

The hearing aid practicioners were professional and the examination rooms and equipment was modern and clean. Nicole clearly explained the state of my hearing and the options to treat, without pressure. So if you can get by the waiting room, the experience gets better!

She also adjusted my hearing aids and helped download the app for my hearing aids and explained how to use the app, as well as bluetoothed my aids to the app for me. I can’t say enough about how relaxing it is to have someone care that much about my hearing health.Thank you for taking care of me.Nicole you deserve an A+.
