  We had a great experience at Marlborough Specsavers, thanks to Allen who assisted us. He was extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable in guiding us through our choices. His attention to detail and friendly manner made the process easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated his personal care and professionalism. The deals and discounts were also a significant benefit. Highly recommended!

  I had a great experience at the Marlborough Mall Specsavers. I went in for an eye exam and was pleasantly surprised by the fee, which is much more affordable than other places I've checked. I ended up getting two pairs of glasses for a price that usually only gets me one. Highly recommend if you’re looking for high-quality lenses without breaking the bank!"

  Edit 4 weeks after original review: I never received a call from the store or anyone from specsavers. And my prescription is wrong. Again. How does this happen? I've been wearing glasses for over 25 years and have never experienced this with eye exams completed every two years routinely. I have to return these glasses now too. On top of that, I also now have to pay OUT OF POCKET for a new eye exam. I will do everything in my power to make sure no one I know goes to Specsavers. Original review: I had my eyes tested here 4 weeks ago after experiencing a change in vision. As suspected, my prescription did change. Unfortunately I couldn't find frames that I loved in store so I took my prescription and found glasses elsewhere. I purchased 8 pairs including sunglasses. Once I received my glasses I knew immediately something was wrong - I could see, but it wasn't right... It felt like I was in a fishbowl or something. I was told to wear the glasses for a few days to give my eyes and brain a chance to get used to the new prescription...I gave it 10 days and I still wasn't able to adjust. My eyes were constantly straining and something just wasn't right. So I went back to Specsavers to get my prescription checked and .... It was different than the prescription he gave me just a couple weeks before. Meaning the optometrist gave me the wrong prescription the first time!! Not a single F was given to me when I mentioned that I had ordered 8 pairs of glasses.. that I can't use now. That's not cheap!!! He said if I had gotten them from Specsavers it wouldn't have been an issue...pardon?! I tried and they didn't have any I liked. How is that my fault. Now I have to try and return these glasses for a reason that isn't theirs to handle. This is not okay by any means. I am scared to reorder new glasses with this new prescription now because what if it's wrong too? I used my BlueCross benefits to get the eye exam in the first place so if I go elsewhere to get an eye exam,I will have to pay out of pocket which doesn't seem like something I should have to do given the situation. I am extremely upset over this. I've been wearing glasses for over 25 years and this has NEVER happened to me.
