Other dr’s at other eye places were treating it incorrectly (infection) but Dr. Glen Ong suspected something else was going on and sent me to a specialist. He also followed up on my treatment to make sure I was being taken care of properly. His prompt diagnosis (inflammation not infection) led me to the path I need to be on. And his follow ups were superior! Thanks for caring! Highly recommend this dr!!

I left because my son was getting scared but kudos to the nice staff, especially when dealing with difficult people. Edit: I came in for my son's glasses and Ali was the one that helped me. He was the one that was dealt with the rude customer. Very excellent customer service and he was very kind to my special needs son

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
