I had been with Regional for 2 years. I was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis from a laproscopic surgery a year before my OB referred me to Regional. Dr. Patterson was my doctor and she was great. Through appointments I got to know all the doctors and I didn’t have a bad experience with any of them. Even when I had heard stories from prior friends/co-workers who had gone egg retrieval and embryo transfer at regional.
It took 2 years ( 2 egg retrievals and 4 transfers) but I am finally pregnant with my baby boy and I am so excited to meet him next month.
Regional isn’t perfect. They don’t usually try different methods which can be frustrating. I believe it’s important to be your own advocate! But I would say overall the experience I had with regional was great. The doctors and nurses were nice. I would get daily updates from the embryologist about my embryos which was great. The app is great to use. I am thankful that regional helped my family grow and I am hoping to one day go through it again to see if I can add an additional baby to my family.

We received very professional care as soon as we entered the clinic. The receptionist welcomed us with a warm smile. Shortly after, the doctor called us in for our appointment.
The doctor Wong was very friendly and made us feel comfortable right after we entered the cabin. He had already reviewed our case in detail, including our family history and all the information we had shared. Even before we could explain everything, he was well aware of our situation.
He clearly explained the possible treatment options and guided us on the next steps. We really appreciated how empathetic and understanding he was, especially given our situation.
At the end, his team also helped us with all the required documents and explained the next steps clearly.

I had my first consultation with Dr. Hilton yesterday and was very pleased with the experience.
The staff were warm and welcoming, and Dr. Hilton was thorough, attentive, and explained everything in a clear and reassuring way.
I truly appreciate the care and professionalism and look forward to the next steps.
I'm pretty disappointed so far, and we haven't even had our in person appointment yet.... Not a good start. The online website allows to book online, which is great! BUT... to cancel or reschedule an appointment has been a nightmare! You cannot cancel/reschedule online- it prompts you to call the number. But when you call, no one ever picks up and it just refers you to book online. There is no information on how to cancel or reschedule. This is so frustrating! How can you request 24hrs notice or be charged $75 and not make it easy for people to reschedule or cancel appointments? If you are going to request people to use the online booking system, at least make it useful. Additionally, all patient instruction documents (APL) I've found online and from Family Doctors, it says the only way to book is by calling the number. Your documents and website need to be reviewed and updated. Really hoping that our experience at the clinic itself is better than what we have been dealing with so far...
