  Pamela was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She welcomed us with a warm smile and ensured we chose the right frames and lenses, remaining very patient throughout the entire process. We also had an eye test done for our daughter—the staff and doctor were incredibly friendly and showed great patience during our toddler’s comprehensive eye exam.

  I walked in to check out some new glasses, and walked out knowing I had purchased my first set of prescription eye glasses from the right place. I explained my glasses were slipping off my nose, and Pamela adjusted my glasses so they fit as good as the day I got them from Lenscrafters a year ago. Excellent friendly and knowledgeable customer service!

My visit began with an eye exam, and the optometrist was fantastic—professional, thorough, and made the entire process comfortable and easy to understand. After my appointment, I was assisted by two wonderful team members who provided truly outstanding customer service.
