  Recently bought a pair of glasses from the Market Mall location and wasn’t completely satisfied but I went back and the lovely employee, Ann helped me out and was able to exchange the glasses for a different pair. Would definitely come again.

  I recently visited LensCrafters at Market Mall for the first time, and I had a really great experience. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Dr. Eddy for being very professional and taking the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated how thorough and patient he was throughout the whole process. Carol was also incredibly helpful when it came to trying on frames and helping me choose the right one, she made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Overall exceptional service from the entire team. I’ll definitely be making this my go-to optometrist going forward.

  Therese was absolutely incredible. I left my previous optometrists clinic (that was also a retail store) feeling very confused after my exam and when it came to purchasing lenses and frames; I was additionally confused as well as being ripped off. I had to come to the mall regardless for some general shopping after my appointment and walked in for the first time. Confused, defeated… but promptly met with Therese— extremely informative, patient, and pleasant. She walked me through everything and got me an even better deal on a nicer (originally more expensive) frame/lenses than what I was originally after. She was so accommodating and after feeling so defeated after my eye appointment, she turned my day around…. And got me so excited for my new glasses! Thank you so much Therese! You are so wonderful and evidently take great pride in what you do. Thank you for not only getting me my glasses (and inspiring a nicer pair with the ones you were wearing!) but seriously for turning my day around.

  Always a great experience dealing with LensCrafters. A year after purchase, my eyeglasses hinge that attaches the arm recently became loose from the frame itself. Without even questioning it, Alvin replaced my entire glasses frame for free, within 15 minutes of me showing him the initial problem. No questions asked. Thanks again!
