My glasses were ordered incorrectly twice — both the color and size were wrong — which required three visits to fix. When I pointed out the issues, I was dismissed and not listened to. I even asked for a refund after the first two visits and was turned away. The manager, who originally placed the incorrect order, was especially dismissive. By the time I finally received the correct glasses, my trust in the store was so low that I didn’t even feel comfortable having them adjusted. I would have rather received a refund and gone elsewhere. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.
