I don’t even know where to begin....this wasn’t just an eye appointment, this was a full-on EXPERIENCE.
Kay and Rabia are absolute MAGIC. They gave me the space to roam and pull a few frames that felt like me, and then Kay stepped in and took things to the next level; guiding me through styles I never would have picked on my own. Somehow, she just knew what would complement my face, and gave the space to just have fun. Stepping outside my comfort zone has never paid off like this.
But honestly? The glasses were just the bonus. The real highlight was them. The energy, the conversation, the stories… I walked in expecting a quick appointment and left feeling like I had just spent time with friends. I genuinely could have stayed until closing just vibing with them.
And let’s talk about the store. Beautifully laid out, super inviting, and just adds to the whole elevated experience.
If you’re even thinking about getting new glasses, RUN here. Ask for Kay and Rabia. Trust me, you’re not just getting glasses, you’re getting an unforgettable experience

Everyone here is fantastic! Dr. Greg was clear and straight to the point which i like. The ladies up front were the kindest people you'll meet! They were able to repair my glasses super quickly as well. I can confirm this location is better than a two other ones I have been to. Would strongly recommend!

I have the appointment with Dr. Osherov at 2:45pm and the receptionist asked me to come at 2:15 for eyes drops. I was there at 2:05 and it was pretty fast for eye drops. However, they (receptionist or doctor) haven’t called me until 3:18pm. I think the receptionists skip my turn. I was sitting and waiting for my turn and it takes forever. It is absolutely waste of time. I won’t come back again for sure.
Edit: The worst part is the company sent me an email and text message to review them around 3:00pm before I have not met with doctor.

I absolutely hate having to go to the optometrist and pick out new glasses, But it LensCrafters they made it as smooth and easy as possible. The optometrist was very nice, She was very helpful and Kay helped me find the frames that I liked Even if they were already the pair I was wearing she helped me find the exact same frames and even convinced me to get the second pair in another color. My pupils were dilated so she also helped me fill out the order forms as I couldn't really see them. Kay also informed me to make sure I received both emails before coming into the store to come pick up my glasses. Kay was very helpful, very kind and on the ball with what I wanted. I will definitely be back for my next set of glasses when time is due. This was the first time at this location but it won't be my last. Thank you Kay

Honestly, I was really disappointed with the customer service response in this particular place. I order a sunglasses more than a week ago and when I went to pick up, it was a reading glasses. Seriously how can you mess it up when you had more than 15 minutes conversation to clarify for my order. I am sorry but the mangement needs to give proper training to their staff and also some of the staff needs to be humble and polite also. We pay and buy the product. Please don’t make us feel like you are doing charity. After I collect my sunglasses, I would never visit this particular store. Also I won’t suggest to any of my friends and family members.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
