  I recently had a breast augmentation with Dr. Jeffrey Dawes, and honestly, I wish I had done it sooner. I finally have the results I’ve always wanted, and I’m so happy I chose his clinic. From start to finish, the entire experience was amazing. The nursing staff and Dr. Dawes were incredibly patient, calm, and reassuring. Every time I had questions or doubts, they took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I felt comfortable and confident in my decision. On the day of the surgery, I was really nervous, but Dr. Dawes gave me a quick fist bump right before, and oddly enough, it completely calmed my nerves. It just showed how confident and at ease he was, which made me feel like I was in the best hands possible. This is a major procedure, and having a team that genuinely cares makes all the difference. I truly felt supported the whole way through, and I couldn’t be more grateful. 10/10 highly recommend.

  After getting an upper bleph from Dr Dawes and botox from Erina I couldn't be happier with the procedures themselves, the 'no rush' approach to explaining what each procedure involved & the results I could expect (both immediate and years from now), and the follow ups and subsequent care. Nobody tried to up-sell me or talk me into additional procedures and both made sure I was set up for success with my products post procedure. Thank you SO much!!

  Everything was definitely beyond my expectations! From the very first consult meeting - Dr Dawes and his staff made me feel at ease! The job that Dr. Dawes did to correct a problem I have been living with since I was a child is truly outstanding! I would recommend him and his team for whatever procedure you are thinking about as I am sure that you will be as completely satisfied as I have been!! Thank you Dr. Dawes and team! You have truly made me SO happy!

  Laura was the lady that did my treatment. She did not do the job I expected. After 31 days, I still have a rash under my nose and above my chin. It will take a long time yet to get rid of it. People are asking and I am telling them. Laura must have went back and forth, back and forth, back and forth at least 30 times while she was behind me doing this treatment instead of watching what she was actually aiming for. Laura was very polite and kind as most salespeople are, but she didn't do the job that I expected. Some places were totalling missed on my neck and beside one cheek. She talked me into doing the BBL, of course for more money. I had crossed it off my list but I gave in at the last minute before she started the treatment. The worst thing of all was she Talked me into and paying for the lines above my lips as in time they will show as wrinkles. She charged me extra for this and I wish you could see the pictures where she never even went near this area. Pictures show totally white and untouched about 1/3 inch above and below my lips. Just saying that I would NEVER recommend Laura. Rating I would give her a 8 for her personality and a 3 for the job she did at my expense. May I add that she didn't put enough numbing cream on me and I have had treatments before and this was the most painful one I have ever had. Marjorie Turner

  I am 5 weeks post op after having a mastopexy with lateral chest wall lipo and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Dr Dawes and all of his staff are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and kind. During my initial consultation, Dr Dawes made suggestions/recommendations that I hadn’t previously considered and it was nice to know those options were available. I booked my procedure based on his suggestions and I am so glad I did. The result turned out beautifully. Leading up to the surgery, Elaine was available to answer any questions or concerns I had. She explained the process to me, how to prepare for surgery, and what the healing and aftercare would look like. On surgery day the nurses and anaesthetist took excellent care of me and made me feel very comfortable. Everyone was so friendly! I appreciated the delicious smoothie Joanne offered me when I woke up. Very refreshing! It was an excellent experience from start to finish and I thank all involved. In addition to the surgical procedure, I have since been to the Sundance location to see Erina and Tara for skincare consultations and procedures. They have also shown great skill, knowledge, and friendliness and I look forward to continuing my skincare with them in the future. If you are looking for an excellent plastic/dermatologic surgeon, Dr Dawes is the one.
