- AUAlex UrbanoApr 2, 20265.0My father in law fell and may have had a mini stroke. He was my mother in law's primary care giver up to this point as they requested. We suddenly realized we need help for both of them. I called many home care organizations but one stood out. Home Instead was able to get someone out that evening! Some of the others required an interview and assessment prior to starting service. We had been struggling with the care for them for two days and sleepless nights and had hit a wall. Home Instead has been providing superior care for both of them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for two weeks now. We don't believe my father in law will recover enough to ever continue to care for himself much less my mother in law. We honestly can't express our respect and satisfaction with Home Instead. They have been beyond professional and caring for these two beautiful people. Communication is several times a day and we can comment at any point with almost immediate response. We simply couldn't be happier with this arrangement. When we were at a crisis point, Home Instead came through and solved our dilemma.

On Boarding, service and billing was all easy. Excellent care provided and easy to adjust as my firend got stronger. There is a portal to review the visits and communicate with the team. Highly reccomend.
