My mother Salma recently started contacts with her and she disappointed us insanely, she was suppose to order trial contact lenses for 2 weeks worth of contacts, she stupidly ordered 1 and waited for another week before giving out the other one without any contact to my mom. Another issue is the fact that WE have to contact her throughout the process, for customers just starting out contact lenses shouldn’t WE be guided throughout the process instead of us always contacting her to figure out the next step? The last time we came to Lori was last week, my mom asked her a question and she spoke to her like she was stupid, shouldn’t you help your customers feel comfortable asking questions rather then make them feel stupid? We honestly only came to this location because we dealt with an amazing sales associate who knew exactly what she was doing, we assumed Lori the manager would be as intelligent as her, it’s a shame a sales associate has better customer service then a manager. We met with a separate location which had amazing service and I will definitely proceed with that location. From what I’ve heard from that location many customers have switched to it BECAUSE of Lori’s service. This needs to be resolved.

We did try a different place a few years ago and the customer service or level of detail was nothing compared to Pearle Vision at South Center Mall. This will always be the place we go for our eye care needs. Thank you Lori A for helping me today, I appreciate all your advice and recommendations.
