I also had an eye exam done and paid for all services. I selected two frames—one for computer glasses and one Versace frame for sunglasses. When my order was ready, I went to pick it up. The sample Versace sunglasses fit me perfectly, but the actual pair I received was loose. I pointed this out to the staff member, but instead of understanding my concern or asking before making adjustments, she immediately put the glasses into a machine and started altering them. She completely changed the shape of my sunglasses, and now they don’t fit properly at all. These are expensive, branded sunglasses—$500 wasted—and this is not something people buy every day. I am extremely upset with how carelessly this was handled. LensCrafters seriously needs to train their staff better, especially when dealing with high-end eyewear. Spoiling expensive sunglasses like this is unacceptable.
