Pamela was very pleasant to do business with. She provided most detailed explanations of various additional options available on frames. Additionally, she offered a competitive price for the items I was seeking to purchase. All in all good experience.

I sat on my glasses, and the frame was bent. Li Was super helpful and got them back in shape for me even though I hadn’t originally purchased the frames at their store. I also really like that. The payment was a donation towards their Charity.

Thank you to Sarah who popped my lens right back in and made sure that my glasses were adjusted correctly today. Something my optician in UK had failed to do! I walked in the door and out less than 5 minutes later. So thankful today. Great service and a job well done 😀.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I visited LensCrafters to get both my regular glasses and prescription sunglasses. I also had an eye exam done and paid for all services. I selected two frames—one for computer glasses and one Versace frame for sunglasses. When my order was ready, I went to pick it up. The sample Versace sunglasses fit me perfectly, but the actual pair I received was loose. I pointed this out to the staff member, but instead of understanding my concern or asking before making adjustments, she immediately put the glasses into a machine and started altering them. She completely changed the shape of my sunglasses, and now they don’t fit properly at all. These are expensive, branded sunglasses—$500 wasted—and this is not something people buy every day. I am extremely upset with how carelessly this was handled. LensCrafters seriously needs to train their staff better, especially when dealing with high-end eyewear. Spoiling expensive sunglasses like this is unacceptable.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
