Mohamed was very professional, friendly, and attentive. He took the time to explain all the options, helped me choose the right frame based on my needs and budget, and patiently answered all my questions. It really felt like he genuinely wanted to help, not just make a sale. Overall, excellent customer service and a very pleasant experience. I will definitely come back and would highly recommend this store to others!
