Assisted by Stacey who was super nice and helpful. I had an appointment with Dr. Osherov who was patient in answering all my questions even on a busy day. Will recommend this place, a solid 10/10.

Terrible experience. My wife had gotten her glasses here and her experience was excellent, she had a thinner lens and blue light coating added on and had her glasses come in within 2 weeks. I ordered the same pair of glasses as her also with blue light coating on November 24th. It’s been nearly a month. No update, no estimate on when they’ll arrive. I had expressed when I purchased them that I’m hoping to have them in around mid December for my final exams and was told they should be there. But here I am nearly a month later, still no glasses, no update. I had gone in to the store in mid December when I was at the mall to see if there was any update. The women working there was very rude and inconsiderate and kept telling me “like we said it can take awhile” but no I wasn’t told that. She then told me it can take longer because I got blue light coating, but why did that apply when my wife had gotten the exact same glasses? Overall an incredibly terrible experience, terrible customer service and inconsiderate of their customers. Regardless of the outcome of this experience, neither myself or my wife will be returning here in the future.

Dr. Greg Osherov was really upbeat. I liked the energy he gave off during both my wife and I's eye examinations.
Kaye held our hands from start to finish after the eye examination process. She gave us her unbiased opinions on the frames we picked. We were given details about the current promotions of LensCrafters along with providing us a set of options for our eyeglasses—customization for the lenses and protection plans for both the frames and lenses. She even went through all the trouble of getting my insurance coverage to work so we'd pay less. That's usually a headache for any company.
As long as you understand that eyeglasses and contact lenses can cost a pretty penny, have an established budget, and at least an hour to two hours, then you will have a great experience at LensCrafters.

I can't give this place enough kudos. ( I happen to be a strong advocate for the AISH disability program recipients. )
If the truth be told - I *was* experiencing high stress over the thought of getting new glasses.
The delightful salesperson "Kay" & the entire store / optical medical staff were incredibly helpful & understanding. I am very pleased to have gotten a great value & quality for my overall experience.
So.. For those whom are on the AISH program, or are simply looking for a place that will take care of them & their concerns - I wish to seriously recommend it. The staff will treat you with the decency, dignity, respect & compassion that is refreshing & truly humanizing.
( Contrary to Alberta's "Gott mitt uns, Mein Premier" ( Danielle ) Marlaina Smith's anti - disability campaign & legislation... )
But I digress...
The experience I had with getting new eye-wear here, it had truly been an extremely pleasant surprise that I am very happy to point out.
Thank you again, Kay, & the team / staff.
( I'm apologising for any oversights; as I'm horrible with names. )
Keep up the awesome work; & your boss needs to give you all a raise & good holiday bonus.
Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.
Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?
A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
What is the difference between an eye exam and a vision screening?
A comprehensive eye exam is administered by an optometrist and can detect not only vision problems but problems with eye health and general health as well. A vision screening is typically performed by a general medical practitioner such as a pediatrician or a nurse. While a vision screening can help identify vision issues, it can miss many important issues that a comprehensive eye exam can identify. This is why everyone is encouraged to get annual eye exams. Schedule your eye exam today!
Why should I get an eye exam?
An annual eye exam involves more than just updating your glasses or contact prescription. A comprehensive eye exam can also detect eye health issues as well as general health problems. Conditions such as diabetes and high blood pressure can be detected in early stages through an eye exam, and this can result in early treatment. Schedule your annual eye exam today.
What should I bring to my eye exam?
You should bring your vision insurance and medical insurance information to your eye exam. If you currently wear any prescription lenses, bring your eyeglasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. You should also bring any and all questions you may have. Contact your optometrist if you have specific questions about any additional items you think you may need to bring to your eye exam.
