  I recently purchased prescription sunglasses and contact lenses with help from Sandeep, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, making sure I got exactly what I needed. What impressed me most was how proactive she was—Sandeep went out of her way to ensure everything was ready before my upcoming trip, keeping me updated and making the whole process stress-free. I’m extremely happy with the service I received!

  Do not even enter this shop ! Horrible experience, I’ve ordered glasses the first time after 3 weeks I received them wrong measurement's, they checked and said sorry just small difference we will fix it, I said ok let’s fix it…. A week later I’m getting call that the frame is discontinued and have to come and choose another frame, I said it’s ok I will come and chose another one, when I went to check, this was funny, I have chosen a fram that’s about 80$ less than the original one, and guess what I’ve been told that I have to pay more 😃 cheaper frame, same lenses & I waited a month didn’t get what I wanted and still have to pay extra for cheaper frame, of course I said no, then another person came and said just choose any frame you like and you don’t need to pay anything extra. I said alright let’s do this again, chosen a frame, couple of days later I got the call the my glasses are ready to be picked up. Went there this time lenses are correct but with different frame, same color and brand but instead of the round shape I have chosen I got square shape this time ! Didn’t even bother to ask, next day I find that the glasses are kind of loose I can see the side part moving, went again to get it fixed but no the guy tried couldn’t do anything then he said that this two piece model are like this. Im very disappointed with there service, I don’t recommend anyone to deal with this shop.

  Lisset was great! I ended up getting two pairs of glasses, and the service was genuinely excellent. She took the time to listen and showed me different options that matched my taste well. I really appreciated how patient she was while I tried on various frames. She clearly knows the inventory and offered helpful advice on finding the right fit and lenses. The whole process felt easy and comfortable. A big bonus: she speaks Spanish, which made our conversation even smoother! I definitely recommend her.

  Disappointed is an understatement. Clearly was recommended highly for price and quality. I went to Clearly at Chinook Centre. Glasses quote was higher than anywhere else I went. I told them that and they gave me a sale price. Scratch on lens after 3 months and told it was my fault and they would give me a discount on a new lens and not replace it free as it’s been over 30 days. In 25 years of wearing glasses I have never had a scratch. Arms on frames don’t stay tight. Terrible service and terrible quality. I can only guess they use inferior products, like the scratch proof coating. I emailed customer service numerous times and have had no response to my complaints. I asked the store manager who basically dismissed my issues to have her boss contact me. No response again. There is no customer service or satisfaction guaranteed. Don’t shop here. Now I have to go elsewhere for new glasses.
