The studio and instructors are great. The building the Mardaloop studio is in has issues 1. Poor heat regulation 2. History of flooding with slow repairs to ceiling 3. When sidewalks freeze it is treacherous I understand managing equipment, rent for the studio and having top notch instructors is expensive, but the cost of Pilates is a major barrier for people initiating and continuing their memberships. I can see multiple benefits to join for many people I know personally and professionally, but the cost is the main barrier to them taking this step for their health. It would be beneficial to have couple and family memberships as well.

Stevie’s classes are always such a great mix of exercises and she is able to match them to my ability easily and with little cues. She has clear instruction and makes the workout even more fun.

Very friendly, Still getting use to terminology, so sometimes find it confusing, so have to try and see what others are doing and just follow on.

Love Pilates. It’s a gentle no impact workout, but still gets the job done, though it’s fun. Great equipment and instructors.
