  I’ve recently started doing Pilates reformer classes and I can honestly say I’m so happy I did. It has been amazing for my knees, and I’ve already noticed a huge difference in how my body feels. I love the flexibility I’m gaining and how every class challenges my whole body in such a balanced way. What I appreciate most is how connected I feel to my body during the workouts. It’s strengthening, stretching, and grounding all at the same time. The instructors are fantastic and super informative when it comes to the movements, and they’re always great at helping with adjustments when needed.

  Love going to my Pilates classes at Club Pilates Shawnessy! Stretching and balance are a big part of the classes which I need since Im in my 60s. But it incorporates so much more depending on the class you sign up for. My shoulder injury has improved a lot too. The instructors are knowledgeable and I love the variety in choice of instructors and classes. The front end staff are welcoming and always helpful.

  I have been wanting to try Pilates for a while and finally signed up for an intro class. I’m hooked!! The instructor walked me through every exercise, explaining how to do each move properly. Everyone was kind which made me feel even more comfortable. I signed up to take 2 classes a week and can’t wait to see what Pilates can do for me on my journey of health and wellbeing.

  I first started going to Club Pilates as a recommendation from my physiotherapist. I had no idea how amazing I was going to feel after such a short time, both mentally and physically. I love the variety of classes as well as the amount of classes that they provide each day. The instructors are incredible, each with their different styles and different music. There's so much fun and support in the Club Pilates community.

  Compared to other studios this was a horrible experience. Some of the staff are helpful and kind but the other half are terrible. Not professional, the classes are not great. They will harass you if you try to cancel just FYI. Never joining club Pilates again.
