This is a great introduction to Pilates! If it’s your first time, remember to bring grip socks. Arrive early to class, and you’ll find a great atmosphere. The machines are very smooth, and the instructor was passionate and inspiring. I highly recommend it!

Our staff had an absolute blast at Mission Club Pilates for our Friday team-building event!
The class was challenging, but with all the silly jokes going around, we couldn’t help but have fun! It gave our team a chance to connect and enjoy a rewarding break in our day. Raina, our instructor, was knowledgeable, welcoming, and created a supportive environment where, no matter our fitness level, we all felt like we rocked it — and we did!
We’re looking forward to returning and are excited to partner with another awesome 4th Street community business.
Five stars all around!

Your company needs to work on their marketing and consider a rebrand. I've gotten several calls including voicemails, several emails and several texts within a couple days of signing up for a free trial class.
You already offer a free class, that's enough reason for me to be interested in trying out your studio. But immediately the amount of calls I've gotten alone are enough of a reason for me to go elsewhere. No other studio is doing what you're doing. It makes the marketing and user experience come across as so desperate and honestly like a huge red flag. It's all very out of touch with the vibe your competitors are putting out, with what users want, etc.

AVOID this place!
I attended a trial class and was extremely disappointed. The instructor spoke continuously without giving proper cues or demonstrating movements clearly—especially important for first-timers. There was little care or attention shown to those new to the class.
Even more concerning is their approach to memberships, which feels misleading at best. A friend tried to cancel their membership and discovered they could not do so until after the mandatory 3-month term, forcing them to pay for an extra month. They were told this was clearly stated in an agreement, but they never received a copy of it, nor was it properly explained when signing up.
Another friend was injured and provided a doctor’s note, initially being told that would be sufficient to cancel. Later, they were told they must get an ultrasound/scan to prove it was a long-term condition before cancellation would be approved. This kind of unreasonable back-and-forth is unacceptable—especially when someone is already injured.
Overall, poor instruction and extremely frustrating cancellation practices. I would strongly recommend staying away from this place!
