Super friendly environment! The instructors are very nice and professional. The front desk girls are always super welcoming which made me very comfortable the moment I walked in. The studio is very clean and I absolutely love my classes there. Will definitely recommend it to my friends.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. My partner and I got in for an intro class, and found it to be a safe gender neutral space. The class is about 20 minutes of instruction and they show you all the equipment you’d be using if you sign up. Albeit expensive (registration fee + 3 month commitment for 2-3 classes a week to see results) they seem really fun. I loved gliding around on the reformer, and thought it was a great workout that wouldn’t aggravate my bad back. My only caveat is that you need an app to book all the classes. The gals at this location mentioned that Mission is less busy and therefore easier to get into classes. Depending on the time of day and registration you can even end up in a one-on-one situation with the instructors. Of course some locations are busier than others so it’s harder to get into classes at peak times (6AM, 5-8PM) and you might get wait listed and not be able to book your class for that time. Which I suppose is unavoidable considering there’s only so many reformers in a room. The studio itself is clean and beautiful. They have lockers but they’re quite small so if you have a big bag / coat I’d recommend leaving it in your car or at home.
