When we got to the eye exam part, the doctor Ben Ma clearly has a chip on his shoulder talking down to us. He asked what my son’s prescription was and when I said I don’t know, the front desk has it because we are customers here, he proceeded in telling me he doesn’t have it with a lecture as per why. I then said I’ll go to the front desk to get it and he answered not needed… so I guess it was a redundant question and lecture. The rest of the appointment followed suit with attitude. Do not recommend this specs savers location and there are plenty of other optometrist that are friendlier and probably not 45mins late

This is the second time I’ve shown up for a scheduled appointment where I’ve had to wait well over half an hour before approaching an employee in the store to ask when I will be seen. Additionally, aside from their cheap glass they Have tried to milk me for a second exam within 10 months of me getting my last one because I wanted to get fitted for contacts which is not normal practice.
