I was told that my glasses (2 pair) would take about two weeks to arrive (ordered in November). 2 1/2 weeks later only one pair came in. When I inquired as to when the second pair would arrive, I was told "hopefully by the end if the week, they are still in glazing". Waited another week and a half, stopped by to see if there were any updates. The associate looked and said initially that they were still in glazing. When I expressed my frustration, I was then told that the frame I had picked out had been out of stock at the lab and they had to send the frame from the store for completion. She looked into the system again and then said that they were in shipping but she couldn't see any movement. I expressed my frustration at the lack of communication. She said she would look into it on Monday (due to holiday shut down she couldn't get a hold of the lab until then, which I understood) and call me back. She did call, but unfortunately didn't have any real answers for me. I did get the text later on that day saying that the glasses had arrived. I am disappointed with the service from this location and the fact that the second pair is a frame that was in the showroom that many people have tried on and handled numerous times, when I paid for a new frame.

Corporate rip-off artists. No complaints about the staff, who are there to enforce the corporate policy. I remember when the company emerged on the scene, they gave off a discount glasses vibe, but customers need to beware - they are anything but and should look to the friendly little opticians in their neighbourhoods first. Bought two pairs of new frames and lenses in October, and a more recent change to my prescription necessitated new lenses. Expecting to pay full price for new lenses, I was told that because of their pricing structure and their workflow in the lab, I would have to pay more to get the lenses replaced than if I just went and bought new frames too. All told, no matter how I did it, I would be paying more this time around, even if reusing the same frames. No flexibility in pricing, completely tied to the corporate policies, they are there to wring as much money as they can out of you. Part of the grift is the phony "sales" they advertise. This was my first time doing business with them, and most definitely the last. Will stick with the friendly independent opticians.

Don’t go to this location. Don’t waste your money here. Reception service from beginning to end is so bad and disgusting . Reception is very lazy, very rude, she has no patient, no helpful. I give business to you, I don’t owe you money. The stuff doesn’t know how to work, the store manager should trained them properly. And also, they never answer the phone, I called several times during the different day, nobody answer. The frame quality is also bad and overpriced. This is a horrible experience. Don’t waste your money and time here.

Went in to get my daughter's glasses adjusted (purchased from spec savers just needed them to not be as tight on her ears) after 7 days and was told there was nobody who could do it and just go to the mall instead. They were quite rude about it. I love spec savers but I will be avoiding this location due to service alone.

I’ve been here a couple times over the last month trying to find the perfect frames and every time I’ve gone in the girls have been absolutely amazing! I picked up my official frames today and Sadie was so lovely! She made sure everything fit properly and reminded us to come in anytime we needed adjustments. 100/10 services they couldn’t of been more perfect. 🩷
