The wait times were pathetic; the line eventually stretched all the way to the exit door. Thinking it might just be this specific location, we tried the Southcentre Mall location, only to find the exact same story. I don’t necessarily blame the staff on the floor—they seemed completely overwhelmed—but I do blame the management for the severe lack of staffing. If an outlet is open until a certain time, it should be properly equipped to handle customers walking in after their workday. We’ve made the decision not to return. It wasn't just "bad" service; it was essentially no service. Until they fix their staffing levels, I’d recommend going elsewhere if you value your time. The contrast was night and day when I walked into a different eyewear store in the same mall. I was attended to within minutes and successfully purchased four pairs of prescription sunglasses for my family.

This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
