I think I am now up to 6 pairs, because for the high quality you absolutely CAN NOT beat their prices ANYWHERE! Dr. Madonna Oranugo, wow! Best eye doctor I’ve seen in my 30 plus years wearing glasses! The staff, every time I go in, give me PLATINUM service! No matter my request (reasonable of course), they meet and exceed!!! I’ve never been treated so well at a store, like how the staff here treat me! They answer all my questions professionally and thoroughly, which I always appreciate. My old clinic charged me $279 for a multi focal contact lens exam, and it’s only $189 here The prices on everything, from exam, to frames, to lenses, to contact lenses, are extremely reasonable for the quality. Thank you SPECSAVERS for coming to Canada and to seton! As long as you stay here, I know I will be a lifetime patient and customer! To Sheri and Madonna, thank you for hiring such spectacular staff who go above and beyond to make sure each visit is the best yet!!!! I would give 10 stars if I could!
- TMTimothy Mark3 days ago1.0Made a mistake in going here. Just needed a prescription so I could search for glasses anywhere. But they wouldn’t give me the PD. They wanted to charge an extra $50 to give me my PD number, when their eye exam cost is already on the high end. Sidenote, the optometrist is quite nice and does a good job. But their policy to not give you the PD number is just bad business. Every other place where I’ve got the prescription has given me the PD. Second side note, they said they would give me the PD no problem if I purchased glasses from them. 🤷🏻♂️ Lastly, they said they can’t give the PD cause they don’t want to be legally liable if someone was to get in a car accident. That one, I could see their point. There’s lots of lawsuits going around people blaming the accident on the PD number of their glasses prescription. :)

This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.
How can I amend or cancel my order?
If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
Can I get my glasses adjusted/repaired?
If you’re experiencing any discomfort or issues at all with your glasses, just pop in and see us and we'll see if we can adjust or repair them in-store for you.
