I got important advice about what glasses fit my face and how they looked. I was also shown about the blue light protection and how the transition lenses work in store. The pricing details were fully explained to me as well. Joseph did an outstanding job assisting me with my purchase in many areas that I wasn’t aware of as I had never owned these type of glasses before. I was very confident that these glasses would be the best for me because of his recommendations. When my glasses arrived I was promptly informed and I went to pick them up and tried them on to make sure the fit was correct before leaving the store. I did have the blue light protection in them originally, but realized I did not like it so I wanted it removed. That was no problem at all. They ordered 2 new pairs without that and they arrived in less than a week. I picked them up and have been using them since. I love my new glasses! This experience was great with absolutely no issues with anything at all. Perfect!! Thank you Joseph and the team at this location! If you have been considering frameless glasses, my advice is to go to this store and check it out. Well worth it for the comfort that you have while wearing glasses that you don’t even think is possible!!

Please stop lying to people about the recommended frequency of eye exams. (The complete lack of response on the multiple occasions that I asked for clarification regarding the reminders doesn't help, either.)
