My daughter convinced me to give them a try. I had a bad experience years ago and so was not expecting much. The regional training manager was present. He and the new branch manager made sure that I were extremely helpful in ensuring that I first off had lots of time to peruse my options and was very comfortable. Then they ensured that the price I got was even better than I had been told. Friendly, and personable! Then the new glasses were delivered to the Specsavers store in Grande Prairie and there too the service was amazing. If we could bottle this training coordinator and sell his talent we would wipe out every other eyewear location. So Kudos to you, and while I am not 💯 sure, I believe is is manager of the Chinook location.

Our comprehensive eye exams cost $99 at participating stores and include an OCT scan at no additional charge. This is a detailed 3D image of your eye and its structures, helping your optometrist to spot eye conditions even earlier. If you're 65 or over you can get a comprehensive eye exam with no out of pocket expense to you (costs covered by provincial health care plan for eligible patients).
How do I book an eye exam?
You can easily book an eye exam with us online. Just select the store and click ‘book appointment’ and our website will be able to easily take you through the booking process! You can also just give us a call or pop in and see us and we'll be able to book you in for an appointment and help with any questions you might have.
Can I return my glasses?
Yes, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase at Specsavers. If you have any concerns within three months of the date of purchase, we'll put it right.

If you placed your order in-store with us and you’d like to amend or cancel it, just pop in and see us. As a part of our no worries, no fuss guarantee, you're able to amend or return your glasses within 3 months.
