  The Specsavers at the Marlboughouh mall is great , got what I wanted ! The staff and doctor were great , kind and overall was a good decision on my part to go there !

  I had my eyes tested here 4 weeks ago after experiencing a change in vision. As suspected, my prescription did change. Unfortunately I couldn't find frames that I loved in store so I took my prescription and found glasses elsewhere. I purchased 8 pairs including sunglasses. Once I received my glasses I knew immediately something was wrong - I could see, but it wasn't right... It felt like I was in a fishbowl or something. I was told to wear the glasses for a few days to give my eyes and brain a chance to get used to the new prescription...I gave it 10 days and I still wasn't able to adjust. My eyes were constantly straining and something just wasn't right. So I went back to Specsavers to get my prescription checked and .... It was different than the prescription he gave me just a couple weeks before. Meaning the optometrist gave me the wrong prescription the first time!! Not a single F was given to me when I mentioned that I had ordered 8 pairs of glasses.. that I can't use now. That's not cheap!!! He said if I had gotten them from Specsavers it wouldn't have been an issue...pardon?! I tried and they didn't have any I liked. How is that my fault. Now I have to try and return these glasses for a reason that isn't theirs to handle. This is not okay by any means. I am scared to reorder new glasses with this new prescription now because what if it's wrong too? I used my BlueCross benefits to get the eye exam in the first place so if I go elsewhere to get an eye exam,I will have to pay out of pocket which doesn't seem like something I should have to do given the situation. I am extremely upset over this. I've been wearing glasses for over 25 years and this has NEVER happened to me.

  I picked up my glasses in January but I just want to thank Hussain for fitting my new lenses perfectly into the frames - he made sure no one touched the nose pads and that the eyeglasses were as they were. I appreciate all your technical skills Hussain, thank you again! -Elise

  Went here after several coworkers recommended it, but will never go back. When I went for my eye exam and picked out glasses, I requested a chair as I am handicapped and the staff weren't helpful at all. My husband had to get a chair for me since the staff wasn't interested in helping. Then..when I went to pick up the glasses once they came in, after spending tons of money, asked to use the washroom, and was told there wasn't one...I am handicapped, had a cane, and they expected me to walk way down to the food court. I questioned it cause most other optical stores have a customer washroom...I asked do the staff run way down there? We know there is one...the lady was sooo rude and said "what did you not understand?" Just rude staff.

  I really love my experience with Spec savers…from the customer services to seeing the doctor and also the glass recommendation and collecting my glasses they and every polite and ready to always serve the customers…what a good experience
