The quality of the frames is outstanding, and the service felt genuinely personal rather than rushed. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great eyewear and reasonable rate. Wow.

The lenses scratch very easily and it seems like coating is coming off. The people in the store need to be trained on how to properly adjust glasses. Especially the Asian guy who didn’t listen to what I was trying to say and kept making random adjustments followed by “you want more adjustments?” NO, I want the CORRECT adjustments ie, both arms have the same curvature! Finally got a senior person (Barbara) to help and she finally fixed them for me. That being said, I do appreciate their 30 day satisfaction guarantee whereas other places have a “final sale that’s it” policy.
