Initially, Shabbar greeted me and assisted me in finding the right frames. I must have tried on every frame in the store however sales person Shabbar was patient, kind and helpful. He explained the pricing structure and process in a clear and professional manner. Once I had made decisions on two frame choices, Keith's friendliness and expertise in ensuring the proper fit of the frames assured me that I had come to the right place for eyewear. I received a very polite message when the glasses were ready for pickup and when I arrived at the store, Harmon expertly adjusted the frames a number of times to be sure that they fit my face and so my vision was restored to better than ever. She was simply lovely to deal with. It has been a week since this experience and I couldn't be more pleased with my glasses. The prices and quality are unbeatable, but this location's staff is what made me a customer for life.
