- JTJoey Tinhead2 days ago1.0I found a scratch on my new glasses. When brought back, the manager does not want to acknowledge the defects. She said she will send back to the lab. It took a month to get back the glasses. When I went to pick up the staff refused to adjust my glasses. I have to go to a different Specsavers store to get adjusted. I really feel the manager and staff need to revisit customer service during shut down time.
