Unfortunately, this branch delivered the worst service I’ve experienced. • I requested my glasses to be shipped to the Cornerstone store after moving, as it’s now the closest location to me. • The store never contacted me when my glasses arrived. • After almost a month, I had to call myself to ask if they were ready. • They were already available for pickup, but no one could tell me how long they had been sitting there. At pickup, the service fell short again. • There were no adjustments or professional assessment made. • I wasn’t given any paper bag, cleaning solution, or any coupons — items that are typically provided at other Specsavers locations. I wasn’t aware that Specsavers is now self-serve or if this location treats customers differently when prescriptions are done at another branch! I had to go to the Hillhurst store for the full experience. Not coming back to this location!
